Meet The Pastor

At the heart of Next Chapter Ministry Church is a shepherd who leads with love, humility, and unwavering faith—Pastor Eric L. Bryant. With more than two decades in ministry, Pastor Bryant is passionate about walking with people as they grow in faith and embrace the purpose God has for their lives. Known for his genuine spirit, strong biblical teaching, and compassionate leadership, he brings wisdom and encouragement to everyone he encounters.

Pastor Bryant’s approach to ministry is grounded in love, integrity, and the belief that no one is ever too far from a fresh start in Christ. One of his guiding scriptures, John 9:4—“I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work”—speaks to his deep commitment to serve faithfully and urgently in the time God has given.

He shares life and ministry with his wife of 34 plus years, Carlon Bryant, and together they’ve raised three children and are blessed with seven grandchildren. Family is central to his life, and he brings that same warmth and care to the church family at Next Chapter.

One of Pastor Bryant’s most beloved sayings captures the heart of his ministry:
“I love you, and you can’t do nothing about it.”
